How To Record Using JMeter Chrome Extension
Jmeter is a great free open-source load testing tool. You can download it here
If you are creating a test plan in Jmeter for load testing UI application, you will usually use the JMeter's HTTP Test Script recorder. This is a hard way of configuring browser proxy and other things.
An alternative easy way is to install the Blazemeter Chrome Extension for your Chrome browser. Once installed, all you need to do is click and start recording your application.
Go to your browser tab and open the Blazemeter Chrome Extension
Click the record button.
Watch this video and see how the recording is done and then the recorded script is saved as JMX and run in JMeter.
